With a metaphor raising questions, can gov. and schools protect us?
Concept by Madalena Marques & Rafter Manguiat

For visual concept, to easily represent relationship between two aspects of the story, we symbolically chose sheep and wolf duo. Sheep- as representation of childish innocence _ a pray_ and wolf a well established predator from children's tales.
Visually we chose monochromatic palette, and added very little yellow to emphasise glimpse of hope in the story.
Illustration represent children's stories, but is made for adults, hence we wanted to make it as dark as possible and capture terror of the situation.
